If you are sending us your own picture please read below
Is your picture suitable for Printing?
Although we work hard to ensure the item you receive is of the highest quality we can not work miracles.
Remember the better quality the picture we receive the better the print will be. Here is a simple guide to what makes a good print
1. the larger the picture you send the better the result. Pictures of 500kb and up are a good start
2.we never stretch images so remember a square picture will not fit on a rectangle item there will be gaps either end sometimes we can fill these gaps with a bit of giggery pokery but the price of the item generally doesn't cover redrawing or extensive photo editing we simply cannot spend 3 hours on a £3.99 plaque.
3. choose a picture that looks good to you if you think its a bit blurry now when it is enlarged it will still look blurry.
4. a 5cmx5cm picture will not enlarge to 33cmx33cm without pixilation occurring
5. if in doubt ask first we don't always have the time to check with you especially during busy periods if you are not sure if your picture is suitable email it to us and ask before buying
