To return an item you must first email us for a returns id number and the reason for return.
When placing orders for goods and services on the Internet or by mail order you would generally have the right to cancel your order, free of charge, by giving notice within 7 days of the order. However, this does not apply where the service ordered is commenced immediately. You hereby consent to the purple dragon designs services commencing immediately and as such you will not have a right to cancel your orders. However, in the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, you will be entitled to send the items back to Purple dragon designs within 28 days of receipt whereupon Purple dragon designs will provide a full refund of the purchase price. Due to the personalised nature of some of our items, we are unable to offer refunds on these items unless there is a mistake with the item due to an error by any employee of purple dragon designs.
